Ticket fares

  • Children aged 3–18: NOK 75

  • Children under 3 years: Free

  • Adult: NOK 170

  • Student and senior (with valid ID*): NOK 145

  • Young adult (18–25 years): NOK 145

  • Family ticket (1 adult + child): NOK 245

  • Family ticket (2 adults + child): NOK 415

  • Companion card holder: Free

* Valid student ID, senior citizen ID issued by NAV, and companion card must be presented without request.

The ticket grants admission to both Norsk Skogmuseum and Glomdalsmuseet, and may also be used at other museums and visitor sites within the Anno Museum network on the same day.

If you are unable to visit several museums on the same day, you will receive 50% off admission on the second day upon presentation of your ticket.
Please note: Different prices may apply during special events.

Grandparents and grandchildren may use family ticket pricing on single tickets (not annual passes). In these cases, the senior discount does not apply; standard family ticket prices apply.

Special prices/discounts are available for tour operators.

Opening Hours

  • From 16 September – 14 May, the museum is open Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00–15:00
  • From 15 May to 15 September, the museum is open daily from 10:00–16:00.
    During this period, a valid ticket is required to access the open-air museum during opening hours.

Holiday Opening Hours

  • Pentecost: 10:00–16:00

  • Easter (Maundy Thursday through Easter Sunday): 12:00–15:00

  • May 1st: 12:00–15:00

  • Ascension Day: 12:00–15:00

  • Christmas holiday period (Romjul): 12:00–15:00

The museum is closed on:

  • National day: May 17

  • Christmas Eve

  • 1st and 2nd Christmas Day

  • New Year’s Eve

  • New Year’s Day
